Talent Accelerated Program (TAP) is designed to develop new talent from foundational knowledge to advanced skills through a variety of structured learning activities and developmental experiences. This ensures talents are progressively equipped to meet business demands and contribute effectively to Agrobank’s strategic goals.

TAP is designed specifically for candidates from East Malaysia, ensuring the development of talent who are closely connected to the region’s cultural values, languages, and community dynamics. This local grounding enhances Agrobank’s ability to deliver services that are culturally relevant and community-focused, fostering stronger trust and engagement, especially within rural and agricultural segments.

Requirement:

• Malaysian citizen
• Maximum age of 25 years old
• Fresh graduates or with not more than 6-month of working experience
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00
• Minimum Band 3 on the Malaysian University English Test (MUET)
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in relevant courses (preferably Business, Finance, Agriculture-Related, Economics, Marketing) from Institution of Higher Education (IHE)
• Willing to relocate throughout East Malaysia
