Our Management Associate Programme offers two rotations over a 2-year term, aimed at establishing the foundation for your career at the CPF Board.
Those who demonstrate potential and excel in their work during the tenure of the 2-year Management Associate appointment may be invited to join the Senior Term to further their career development, for an additional 2 years through a third rotation. Officers who performed well and demonstrated leadership potential will be admitted into the Board’s talent management programme.
What you will be working on
As an MA, you will embark on a transformative learning journey, gaining expertise across various sectors and schemes, contributing to the development and implementation of policies that create impactful outcomes for Singaporeans in one of these functions:
What we are looking for
We value the diverse talents and experiences that each individual brings to the table. While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team.
We are seeking passionate Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, either fresh graduates or working professionals with no more than 2 years of experience to join our team.
