Key Responsibilities:
This program operates on a rotation system, where participants gain 6 months of experience in each of the four Commercial functions: Trade Marketing & Operations, On Trade Sales, Off Trade Sales, and Marketing. Upon successful completion of the program and conversion to a regular full-time position, you will initially be placed in a Sales role. Opportunities for role transition will always be available based on individual capabilities and company strategy.
Trade Marketing & Operations
- Monitor sales KPIs for quarterly incentives.
- Analyze sales data (POS, retail index) for weekly/monthly performance tracking.
- Support the TM team with PICOS development via data analysis and market research.
- Assist BTL execution with POSM development and deployment.
- Manage POSM inventory and collaborate with TM/Sales for effective execution.
ON Trade Sales
- Manage accounts for volume generation, promotions, and customized initiatives.
- Explore volume opportunities, prioritizing draught products for profit growth.
- Monitor account performance and develop plans to ensure delivery of targets.
- Identify and secure new SKU distribution opportunities in designated territories.
- Collaborate with other functions and external partners to achieve business success.
OFF Trade Sales
- Execute nationwide promotions along with ABTL campaigns.
- Plan and execute individual store promotions.
- Implement PICOS (Picture of Success) at all stores.
- Display products using FIFO (First In First Out) principles on shelves.
- Maximize Share of Shelf (SOS) and maintain product quality.
Marketing
- Assist marketing campaigns with agency deliverables management.
- Develop consistent brand-aligned content across all touchpoints.
- Monitor KPIs and performance reports for campaign strategy optimization.
- Conduct market research and consumer insight studies for data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align business objectives with customer needs.
(Preferred) Qualifications:
- Expected to graduate by August 2025 (including Master's degree) OR Recent graduates with less than 2 years of total work experience.
- Ability to responsibly complete the entire program schedule with top performance.
- Fluent in English for seamless communication.
- Deep interest in and understanding of the alcoholic beverage or FMCG category is a plus.
- Strong passion for the diverse brands handled by HEINEKEN Korea.
- Flexible and adaptable, with an interest in new tasks and unfamiliar areas, and able to quickly adjust.
- Results-oriented, striving to achieve beyond set goals.
