The HEINEKEN Graduate Program (HGP) is an exciting 18 months’ program for anyone who is interested to unlock your full potential.

As part of HGP, you will get to work with world-class brands and learn from some of the most experienced and talented people in the business. You will complete four assignments.

The first three local assignments will be 4 months each, followed by a 6 months cross-functional assignment locally or abroad across APAC which is dependent on the performance of the incumbent. 

This is an experience that will shape and develop you for your future career and set you on a course to be one of tomorrow’s leaders. 

Job Requirements

• Graduates any degree who can start work by July 2023
• No more than 2 years of professional work experience in your chosen function (voluntary and internships do not count)
• Experience of working, studying, or volunteering outside your home country
• Fluent in English
• Passion to explore new cultures through mobility (rotation across Asia Pacific region will required in the programme)
• Proven leadership skills with drive to succeed
• Preferable driving license for Sales applicants
• For Supply Chain Function, your degree needs to be engineering related
