What will you do 

We are looking for graduates to join the Commercial or Supply Chain Team to be placed all over Indonesia as part of the Kenvue Management Trainee Program.

This is an accelerated 5-months development and 56-weeks role placement program to work across Marketing & Sales or Supply Chain tracks. During the 18 months program, participants will undergo a development journey which includes, on-the-job training, stretch assignments and have a chance to be mentored with senior leaders. Rotations will be based on business objectives, career development plans & the personal interest of the participants under 3 main phases:

• 0-5 months: Trainee will have sharp and focused learning period to absorb knowledge
• 6-12 months: Trainee will have chance to experience and practice the learning
• 12-18 months: Trainee is expected to deliver solid performance for the last 6 months before settling as a solid talent in either sales, marketing, supply chain; assuming complete role as an employee

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications 

• Studying towards or have graduated with an undergraduate degree in Management, Business, Communication, Engineering and or related disciplines
• Graduating by October 2023 (proven by Graduation Letter/Surat Keterangan Lulus) or up to 2 years of full-time working experience
• Good academic standing (GPA > 3.3) 
• Able to evidence leadership skills and abilities through academic projects, work experiences or extra-curricular activities
• Proficient in English and demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills
• An independent and agile self-starter, keen in learning and drive actions and results
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Passionate about Kenvue and highly interested in developing career in commercial/supply chain organizations
• Ability to move across functions & regions
