Location: across Indonesia 

What you will do   

We are looking for graduates to join the Commercial & Supply Chain team to be placed across Indonesia as part of the Corporate Management Trainee Program.  

This is an accelerated 5-months development and 56-weeks role placement program to work across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain tracks such as brand building, distributor trade, modern trade, channel, category development, planning & delivery. During the 18 months program, participants will undergo a development journey which includes, on-the-job training, stretch assignments and have a chance to be mentored with senior leaders. Rotations will be based on business objectives, career development plans & personal interests of the participants under 3 main phases: 

• 0-5 months : Trainee will go through a focused learning period to absorb knowledge  
• 6-12 months : Trainee will have chance to experience and apply the learning  
• 12-18 months : Trainee is expected to deliver solid performance for the last 6 months before settling in a either sales, marketing, or supply chain; assuming complete role as an employee 

What we are looking for  

Required Qualifications  

• Current undergraduate students graduating by July 2024 or have graduated with up to 2 years of full-time of working experience 
• Good academic standing (GPA > 3.3)   
• Able to evidence leadership skills and abilities through academic projects, work experiences or extra-curricular activities  
• Proficient in English and demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills  
• An independent and agile self-starter, keen in learning and driving results 
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
• Passionate about Kenvue and highly interested in developing career in a commercial organization 
• Ability to move across functions & regions
