Description:

This PMO role is crucial in driving strategic initiatives that will significantly impact the financial and operational performance of our Global Delivery Center (GDC). You will be responsible for leading and managing projects and initiatives that optimize organizational value, enhance efficiency and effectiveness, and drive cost reductions. This includes designing change management strategies, assessing stakeholder impacts and organizational readiness, recommending and implementing appropriate communication, training, and behavioral change solutions, and measuring the effectiveness of initiatives to enhance performance. You will also assist in the GDC's growth ambitions by supporting resourcing, design, and delivery of growth and transformation projects. Depending on priorities, the role may focus on different aspects of growth to achieve success criteria. 

Experience with project management methodologies and Lean Six Sigma will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Create clear roadmaps outlining project goals, scope, timelines, budgets, and key milestones
  • Manage project budgets and resources, including tracking project spending, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring projects stay within budget
  • Direct and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget
  • Work with technology teams to implement new systems and tools that improve processes and drive efficiency
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure technology and process improvements are suitable for all regions, including Asia Pacific

Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Organize and lead meetings with key stakeholders to discuss project progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment
  • Clearly communicate project updates, risks, and decisions to stakeholders
  • Advocate for the benefits of KDN GDCs worldwide, building awareness and support
  • Create and deliver training programs to help team members understand and adopt new processes and technologies

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Mentor and develop junior staff, providing guidance, support, and training to help junior team members grow their skills and knowledge
  • Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to encourage teamwork and communication
  • Embrace new project management tools and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, management, etc.). Experience in tax, finance, or accounting is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and driving change initiatives
  • Experience working in large multinational organizations, shared services environments, or similar settings
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing business transformation and digital initiatives
  • Experience implementing and managing technology and data to drive efficiency, including: Robotic Process Automation (RPA), SQL, Automation Anywhere, Cloud technologies, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Strong project management skills with a PMO certification preferred. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing projects is essential
  • A strong, positive track record of innovation and collaboration. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams in multiple locations, engaging their input and commitment to success
