Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Adoption & Stakeholder Management Manager to join our team in KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) in Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our adoption and stakeholder management strategy with a focus on the Japanese market. You will work closely with our KDN teams to ensure that KPMG member firms are successfully enabled to adopt KDN solutions to deliver on client engagements for Japanese clients. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
The role will also involve working with the KPMG colleagues to understand their business processes and needs to develop solutions which enable centralized delivery of Japanese compliance. Having some understanding in accounting and taxation is necessary in order to competently speak and explain regarding the topics to stakeholders in Japanese and English.
The role is expected to include managing project plans, timelines, and coordinating updates to keep strategic initiatives moving that may involve multiple stakeholders. The successful applicant will need to capture actions and meeting minutes and drive execution of actions across stakeholder group to facilitate completion. While the role has a strong focus on the Japanese market, you may also be asked to support more broadly on priority initiatives for the KDN in Malaysia team.
