Description:

KPMG’s IT Services cum Administration Assistant is responsible in handling administrative tasks, provides IT and Helpdesk administrative support for the departments.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide first line of technical support to users for hardware, software and application issues etc.
  • Deployment of firm’s applications and/upgrades of IT assets and network
  • Handling IT and office asset(equipment) management
  • Handling and execution of IT policy including compliance controls and IT security
  • Assisting in compiling periodic reports and executing of operational controls
  • Handling procurement requisition and facilities management support
  • Organising, maintaining and handling of all related documentation and correspondences
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time
  • Those with IT knowledge and experience in handling PC is added advantage

Requirements :

  • Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, configuration of network and wireless network connections.
  • Preferably minimum 1 year work experience in a similar capacity.
  • Skilled in document management and technical support.
  • Good command of English.
  • Sound project management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks, while setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Highly driven, independent, and results-oriented with an agile and analytical mindset.
  • Proactive team player with an exuberating enthusiasm and confidence in working with numerous stakeholders.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
