Description:
KPMG’s IT Services cum Administration Assistant is responsible in handling administrative tasks, provides IT and Helpdesk administrative support for the departments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first line of technical support to users for hardware, software and application issues etc.
- Deployment of firm’s applications and/upgrades of IT assets and network
- Handling IT and office asset(equipment) management
- Handling and execution of IT policy including compliance controls and IT security
- Assisting in compiling periodic reports and executing of operational controls
- Handling procurement requisition and facilities management support
- Organising, maintaining and handling of all related documentation and correspondences
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time
- Those with IT knowledge and experience in handling PC is added advantage
Requirements :
- Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, configuration of network and wireless network connections.
- Preferably minimum 1 year work experience in a similar capacity.
- Skilled in document management and technical support.
- Good command of English.
- Sound project management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks, while setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Highly driven, independent, and results-oriented with an agile and analytical mindset.
- Proactive team player with an exuberating enthusiasm and confidence in working with numerous stakeholders.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
