Description:
For this role, you've got to be excited about building e-learning content and have the vision and skills of transforming the content into different learning approaches.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop the content and adding elements for learning objects (video, audio scripts, graphic/animation) to determine what is to be learned.
- Ensuring the content matches and achieves established objectives.
- Plan, analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate new programmes for e-Learning.
- Reshaping content for changing needs.
- Creating and testing of end products.
- Creating learner guides and training manuals.
- Conduct research on on-going instructional design that can be applied to KPMG’s learning environment/culture.
Requirements :
- Degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in designing and developing e-Learning content.
- Working knowledge of e-Learning development tools (i.e., Articulate Storyline etc.) and storyboard creation are an added advantage.
- Understanding instructional design principles.
- Creative minded.
