We work in close partnership with KPMG’s Global Tax leadership to define and implement a globally aligned delivery strategy that enables innovative solutions such as Tax Reimagined.

As part of this team, you will:

  • Manage daily financial transactions with precision and integrity.
  • Maintain general ledgers and prepare accurate journal entries.
  • Reconcile monthly statements and ensure timely reporting.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Prepare financial reports and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation and secure filing of financial data.

Responsibilities:

You will contribute to the success of the finance function by ensuring timely and accurate financial processing, supporting month-end and year-end close activities, and maintaining well-organized documentation. Your proactive approach and commitment to excellence will help streamline operations, enhance reporting accuracy, and support decision-making across the business. You will also have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Additionally, you will play a role in supporting KPMG’s transformation in global tax compliance by contributing to the delivery of efficient, technology-enabled financial services.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting positions, whether through internships or full-time roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, with a preference for experience using Xero.
  • Knowledgeable in double-entry bookkeeping and fundamental accounting principles.
  • Maintains a high level of attention to detail and ensures precision in all deliverables.
  • Effectively manages time and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Handles confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Acts with integrity and upholds the highest standards of ethical conduct.
  • Collaborates effectively within teams and contributes positively to team culture.
  • Fluent English language skills. Ability to converse in Mandarin, Japan, Arabic, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese or other languages is an added advantage.
