We are excited to introduce the KPMG Young Star Scholarship, established in 2022, which offers Malaysian undergraduates a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the Big 4. This scholarship provides financial support, exclusive access to KPMG’s internal engagement initiatives, and invaluable professional development opportunities. Our program is designed to foster growth, development, and self-discovery, aligning with KPMG's commitment to nurturing talent and empowering change.

Responsibilities:

• Financial support: RM8,000 (public) to RM10,000 (private institutions)
• Exclusive access to KPMG Malaysia's internal engagement programs
• Guaranteed internship placement at KPMG Malaysia
• Guaranteed employment opportunity at KPMG Malaysia upon graduation, with a 1-year commitment

Requirements :

• Malaysian citizen
• Currently in the penultimate year of an undergraduate program, with at least one full academic year remaining
• Not holding any other scholarships
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and active participation in extracurricular activities
• Consistently strong academic performance, with a CGPA of 3.5 in STPM, Matriculation, A-Levels, Foundation, or Diploma, or equivalent qualifications
• Latest academic results must be at least a CGPA of 3.5
• Commitment to serving the firm for a minimum of 1 year
• Background in Accounting and Finance
• Scholars will be required to complete the MICPA qualification during their bond at KPMG to enhance their professional development
• Only shortlisted candidates will be notified for further assessments.
