Responsibilities:
- Advise on pre-assessment and provide consultation on the immigration processes and requirements in Malaysia
- Conduct research when necessary and provide advisory to clients
- Liaising with global offices, clients and relevant authorities
- Managing client portfolios including day to day work, communications, initiation of cases, tracking & managing client’s applications up to completion stage
- Maintaining records in KPMG technologies tools to manage global portfolios
- Review of client's documents
- Preparation of documents for submission to relevant authorities
- Able to work in fast paced environment with tight timeline
Requirements :
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administrative or equivalent field of studies is preferred
- At least 1-2 years work expeirence in a similar capacity
- Strong written & verbal communication in English
- Skilled in document management, office management with detailed oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
