- Behavioural Change Management – Accelerates the successful implementation of change by developing strategies that deal with the impact of change on people, strategy and structure.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of P&C service offerings by applying a structured approach and methodology to minimise change impacts and drive outcomes.
- Participate in project deliveries as a member of the team.
- Comfortable to present to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of client proposals, report writing and presentation slides.
- Establish and sustain working relationships with client through the delivery of timely, high quality people-related services and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction, enabling the development of business across a wide range of industries.
- Maintain awareness of current HR industry trends, technology and developments.
- Utilise functional and industry knowledge to identify complex client issues.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology / Business Management or other relevant fields, from an accredited college / university.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in consulting with relevant HR exposures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI and Data Analytics is preferred.
- Knowledge or experience in Graphic Design is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication (in English), problem-solving and presentation skills with the ability to develop clear and concise written communications and prepare documentations.
- Must be independent, pro-active, multi-task oriented and able to work in a fast paced and at times, demanding environment.
- Ability to be creative and think on your feet, generating options and ideas in response to client’s needs and challenges.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passionate in solving people-related issues.
- Willingness to travel.
