Description:

You will be responsible to produce creatives and graphic designs for proposals, presentation slides and other marketing collaterals for the firm. You must be able to take direction from written and spoken ideas and convert them into professional designs. With strong interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset, you’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively on projects across all business units.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce corporate style communication materials including, but not limited to, proposals, presentation slides, reports, marketing collaterals such as flyers, posters, buntings, event signages, corporate gifts that aligns to the firm's brand.
• Coordination of the end-to-end production process – from design to sourcing for printing quotations and arranging delivery of final products.
• In-house photography and photo editing such as photo-shoots for company events/projects, CV photography as and when required.
• Assist the Head of Department on special projects as part of the firm’s Collective Strategy.

Requirements :

• Diploma in Graphic Design or higher.
• Skilled in graphic design, page layout design and image manipulation skills, illustrated by a strong portfolio of work in corporate designs.
• Proficient with the latest versions of Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experienced in using MS Office products particularly PowerPoint, MS Word & MS Publisher.
• Understanding of print and layout design as well as experience in print production and pre-press requirements.
• Basic photography skills with experience in using DSLR cameras.
