Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to the professional team members as well as departmental secretary with administrative work that relate to tax clients
  • Coordinating and preparation of deliverables in a timely manner
  • Handling other ad-hoc and general administrative responsibilities and tasks assigned
  • To handle incoming and outgoing mails, record all tax correspondences and monitor control procedures
  • To assist staff to complete various control lists on tax compliance deadlines and to monitor compliance
  • Other administrative duties (to be updated on a need basis processes)

Requirements :

  • Certificate/Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or equivalent field of studies is preferred
  • Preferably minimum 1 to 2 years work experience in a similar capacity
  • Skilled in document management, office management, etc
  • Microsoft words, excel and other basic IT knowledge will be added advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
