Responsibilities:

As an intern with the Impact team, you will be supporting various initiatives and operations under the People, Planet, Prosperity & Governance (4Ps) pillars. Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and on-ground support of internal engagement initiatives aligned with KPMG’s Impact pillars.
• Provide administrative support, including handling paperwork, managing invitations, and assisting with logistics arrangements for events and programs.
• Conduct research and analysis on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) topics.
• Design and develop communication materials and visual assets using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Support and coordinate photo/video shoots and assist with branding-related tasks.
• Contribute to media-related preparations, including write-ups and content curation for internal and external use.
• Carry out other general tasks as needed to ensure smooth program and event implementation.

Requirements :

• Availability of at least 6 months for internship placement.
• Undergraduates who have completed at least two (2) years of their degree in fields such as Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or other related disciplines, preferably with a CGPA of 3.4 or Second Class Upper.
• Strong academic background with demonstrated leadership qualities and active involvement in extracurricular activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic proficiency or interest in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop is an added advantage.
• Keen interest in ESG topics and sustainable development.
• Able to multitask, manage timelines effectively, and adapt to fast-paced project environments.
• Demonstrates initiative, good interpersonal and analytical skills, and is a proactive team player.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
