Main Purposes of the Job:
Sales Force Automation (SFA) Manager responsible in providing cutting-edge SFA and real-time data analytics solutions for Sales Team in Kraft Heinz Indonesia.
Detail Job Responsibilities:
Design and Pilot Route to Market Project
- SFA Automation and Enhancement: You will leverage SFA solutions to automate Sales Team (SRMD-ASL/ASM) operations, enhance existing systems, and develop innovative SFA solutions.
- SFA Master Data Management: Maintain, update, and manage master and transaction data in SFA systems. Ensure data security and set up help-desk solutions for effective SFA utilization.
- SFA Improvement: Initiate and drive enhancements and modifications to the SFA system to meet current and future business requirements.
- Sales Dashboards: Develop clear daily and monthly sales tracking dashboards by channel and customer. Evolve these dashboards over time to monitor and update sales performance.
- Collaborate with Other Function: You will work closely with IT, Sales Performance, Lucia teams for target setting, promo, sales allocation, and territory management.
- Performance Data Management: Manage requests, day-to-day updates, and coordination for Sales Team. Proactively monitor sales force performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Project Management
- Oversee implementation of action plans within targeted scope (Sales Digitalization to support RTM activity) and ensure all steps & tasks are synchronized for attainment of project timeline.
- Structure task lists at maximum necessary details to ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines and in expected quality.
- Lead administration of regular operational team meetings and global steering committee meetings. Structure elements required for project update and steering committee meetings, ensure all project teams are aligned on preparations.
- Proactively identify and anticipate risks/bottlenecks across all stages, alert project leader for decisions/actions and recommend options to mitigate risks/solve issues.
Master Data Management
- Developing and implementing data management strategies, defining data standards, and overseeing data governance policies.
- Reduce data inconsistencies and improve the accuracy of data. Including leads the team for uploading and maintenance target data.
- Lead teams to maintenance data outlet, visit plan and manage rolling salesman
Job Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in any major
- 5+ years working experience in sales technology, distribution environment, distribution system development
- Technical skills required: Sales Technology & Distribution System (Sales Force Automation - SFA, eB2B, Master Data Management & Distributor Management)
- Knowledge and capability in Order to Cash
- Strong project management skills
- Non-job-hopping track record is a must
