Job Purpose 

At Multi Bintang Indonesia, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact—supporting people, the planet, and fostering togetherness.

As a eB2B & SEM Owner, you will oversee the design, development, and continuous improvement of three key digital products. In this role, you will drive value for the business by streamlining sales processes, empowering distributor operations, and enhancing user experiences. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and end-users to align features and functionality with business goals while fostering adoption and engagement.

Main Responsibilities 

• Manage the Sales Execution Mobile (SEM) application roadmap to boost sales team efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales teams to prioritize features and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Conduct refreshment sessions for High Sales Representatives (HSR).
• Launch and scale the Eazle eB2B platform and Loyalty Club nationwide, driving distributor adoption.
• Oversee Eazle platform improvements, user training, and feature updates to enhance usability and adoption.
• Provide performance reports and actionable insights for key stakeholders for Eazle platform.
• Roll out the Remote Order (RO) platform nationwide and manage its successful implementation with distributors.
• Monitor performance, address issues, and optimize functionality based on user feedback for Remote Order (RO) platform.
• Ensure smooth daily operations for digital platforms with timely issue resolution.
• Generate performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Foster a motivated, high-performing team by setting clear goals, providing feedback, and driving professional growth.

Candidate Criteria 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management / Business / Engineering.
• Proven track record with minimum 3 years’ experience in product or project management field.
• Professional proficiency in oral and written English.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
