About the Accelerated Management Trainee Program (AMT)

The 2-year program begins with intensive exposure across various facets of the business, where AMTs are provided classroom and immersive learning experiences. This is intended for AMTs to understand and experience how the Nestlé Purpose and Values are brought to life.

Equipped with a holistic view of the business, as well as the interrelationships between different functions across the entire value chain – AMTs are then provided the unique opportunity to build strong foundations in their functional tracks. They immerse in their chosen track, taking on targeted roles and working on actual business challenges where they are expected to deliver strong business results.

1) Must hold a university degree and should have graduated within the past two years

2) With strong academic performance, and superb work ethic

3) Displays leadership competencies and behaviors
