Technical Management Trainees
Under Nestle's Technical department and can be assigned in the Makati Head Office or Respective factories. would require candidates with at least minimum 3 years work experience
Requirement:
Licensed Engineers (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, ONLY)
TMT program would entail the following:
New hire onboarding - understanding the end to end value chain of Nestle
Nesting Phase - successful transition from classroom to observation and interaction activities with guidance from an expert. Will also do work shadowing with SME.
Acquiring Phase - acquisition of competencies and application in the assigned role
Integration Phase - Full immersion in the permanent assignment
Program is designed to start at Supervisor Level and after 1 year have the opportunity to move to Assistant Manager level and after another year move up to Managerial level.
