About Nestlé Management Trainee Program

More than one-third of our top management and leaders worldwide started their careers at Nestlé from the Management Trainee Program locally and internationally. By starting your career as a Trainee in our Nestlé Management Trainee Program, you will experience the excitement of the fast-paced and competitive nature of FMCG business, develop your insights and leadership capabilities at an early stage to achieve your career aspirations with Nestlé. You will be rotated across areas within your streams over the course of 24 months program.

Who's Eligible?

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance & Accounting, Food Technology & Science, Engineering, Packaging, Occupational Health & Safety, Human Resources or other related fields.

• A fresh graduate with good academic results, or those with a maximum of 3 years of working experience in any of the areas below.

• Possess the sense of business acumen, analytical skills, leadership skills and be a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent command of English and Thai.

Before you start any of the assessments, do make sure that:

• You have a stable internet connection to avoid unnecessary interruption.
• You are in a quiet and uninterrupted environment to stay focused.
• You use the Google Chrome browser on your desktop for the best Pulsifi experience.
• There will be a total of 6 assessments. After being shortlisted, you will be invited to do a video interview.
• You can take breaks between assessments (you can log out and into your account at your own convenience) but always remember to complete each assessment in one sitting once started.
