Data Science Intern

Pulsifi is founded and led by experienced professionals from the technology and HR industries, and the team is currently based across Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. 

We are looking for talented, self-driven, and passionate Data Scientist Intern to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This role will report in to our Lead Data Scientist. Everything we do is predicated on having a great team and a culture of continuous learning. 

We are looking for Data Science Intern who:

• Are passionate about solving difficult problems creatively.
• Can learn and apply new knowledge/techniques on the fly.
• Can demonstrate a spirit of cooperation and teamwork.

What you will do: 

• Supporting a complete machine learning pipeline that includes
• Getting all the necessary data from different sources such as internet and internal databases.
• Labelling the data
• Building different ML models.
• Working along with product and engineering team to deploy the model.
• Performing ad-hoc data analysis. 

You meet all or most of these requirements: 

• Current undergraduate or fresh graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other fields focusing on data-driven thinking.
• Have experience with at least one of the software tools
• Python
• SQL
• R
• Julia
• Nice to have
• Experience with Natural Language Processing
• Experience with Deep Learning
• Experience with Knowledge Graph
