What you will do:
Manage full cycle of recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offering, preparation and administering the signing of contracts. This will be done by working closely with the hiring manager.
Actively work on improving & supporting the full employee experience at Pulsifi from on-boarding and induction activities to off-boarding.
Maintain HR operational documents eg. Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, Contracts of Employment, etc
Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry, etc
Support employee engagement activities at Pulsifi to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
Execute on talent management strategies to support our team’s growth and individual development plans
Manage and facilitate the overall Performance Summary Cycle and employee engagement survey throughout the year
Act as first point of reference for employees requests regarding human resources issues, policies and processes
Manage holiday & team calendars and leave balance
You meet all or most of these requirements:
Bachelor degree required with at least 1 year’ experience in the Human Resources field
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Effective communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, willingness to develop and learn new skills
Ability to efficiently work under pressure
Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Being well versed in Labor Laws of Malaysia & Singapore and latest recommendations by Government authorities would be an added advantage
Experience with payroll management in Malaysia & Singapore would be advantageous
