We are looking for a Corporate Development Intern who:

• Is intellectually curious about corporate strategies that startups globally take on their journeys to success 

What you will do: 

• Perform market and company research and analysis
• Develop and analyze comparable companies 
• Produce and present slides
• Support the refinement of corporate development strategy

You meet all or most of these requirements: 

• Familiarity with the mechanics of startup fundraising, M&A and IPO 
• Structured thinking
• Strong quantitative, modelling and analytical skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
• An understanding of the Human Resources industry is a plus
