What you will do:
- Assist in insights and content generation for talent management & L&D product features
- Work with the Organizational Psychology team in enhancing and reviewing candidate selection tools and methodologies
- Support the team with client deliverables, ranging from organizational research to report generation
- Support team members in other related work, such as whitepaper research and administrative work
You meet all or most of these requirements:
- 3rd or final year undergraduate student studying in Singapore or Malaysia
- Degree in Psychology, HR, Social Science, or a related field
- Past internship experience in HR Consulting, in-house HR, and/ or applied research will be a plus
- Good command of English. Fluency in another Asian language is a plus
- Good knowledge in research methods and data analysis tools (i.e., SPSS)
