We are looking for a UX Writing Intern who:

• Has strong command of the English language.
• Can adapt their writing style based on style guide and user needs.
• Can simplify complex ideas into clear and concise copy.
• Can collaborate and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
• Has a basic understanding of digital interfaces and usability principles.

What you will do: 

• Write microcopy in a clear and concise manner for digital interfaces.
• Assist in contributing to UX writing resources, such as content style guide and glossary.
• Review and edit existing content for clarity, consistency, and usability.
• Work on UX writing projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with design and development teams.
• Collaborate with UX Designers and Product Managers to create content that aligns with user needs.
• Analyze and understand the step-by-step journey a user takes to complete a task within a product.
• Work in accordance with applicable policies, processes, and procedures constituting Pulsifi’s Information Security Management System (ISMS). This includes but is not limited to the organization’s Information Security Policy, Data Protection Policy, Clean Desk & Screen Policy & Password Management Policy.

You meet all or most of these requirements: 

• Degree in Communication or related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working in a cross-functional team
• Experience with Figma or related tools is a plus
