What you will do: 

• Create, write, edit, design high quality content that aligns with Pulsifi’s solution through a combination of different research
• Suggest solutions that tie in with our product offerings based on research findings
• Create training programs and instructional materials for the delivery of programs
• Drive content management strategy both internally and externally (e.g. knowledge management for HR technology, people science and innovation) to promote learning and best practices, externally facing partners and internal sales enablement
• Create timely and compelling client facing content and materials that deliver a strong narrative reflective of Pulsifi’s market leadership and POV on future of AI at work
• Be intimately familiar with Human resource environment, competitive landscape (assessment and AI tech provider), and marketing objectives in order to clearly define business problems and apply actionable insights
• Ability to develop and train cross-functional teams and leadership on content strategy, creation, and distribution
• Ability to develop an effective content that clearly articulates the business opportunity, challenges faced by target audience and provides actionable insights and solutions
• Create integrated editorial and events calendar
• You will work in accordance with applicable policies, processes, and procedures constituting Pulsifi’s Information Security Management System (ISMS), this includes but not limited to Pulsifi’s information security policy, data protection policy, clean desk and screen policy, and password management policy

You meet all or most of these requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology, with a keen interest with working with people
• Believer of Artificial intelligence as the future of work 
• Great problem solving ability and business acumen 
• Highly logical with great verbal reasoning ability 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Experience in HR consulting is a plus
