2025 HEINEKEN Graduate Program (HGP) is an exciting young talent program spanning 18 months, combining fast-track advancement and international exposure to help you shape and develop your future career while setting you on a course to become one of tomorrow’s leaders in PNG.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

• The HGP, formerly known as the SP Graduate Development Program, is an exciting 18-month program that offers structured rotations within multiple areas or functions in the business where you will have opportunities to learn, develop, and make a real difference to SP Brewery and HEINEKEN. 
• We are looking for our future leaders to grow together with our business. Our commitment to your development matters - enjoy an accelerated career progression filled with developmental opportunities locally and regionally.
• As part of the HGP, you will get to work with world-class brands and learn from some of the most experienced and talented people in the business.
• You will complete 4 assignments. The first 3 local assignments will be 4 months each, followed by a 6-month cross-functional assignment either locally or abroad in Asia Pacific (dependent on the graduate's performance). 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Papua New Guinean Citizens
• Currently in your final year of university or recent graduates in 2024 with Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any major
• Fluent in English
• Candidates with driving license are preferred for Sales graduate applicants
• Candidates with Engineering or Science-related degrees are preferred for Supply Chain graduate applicants
• Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Result-oriented, shows initiative, and drives a sense of urgency across projects
• Passion to explore new cultures through mobility (rotation across Asia Pacific region might be included in the program if graduate proves to be a high performer)
• Young talent with potential, capability, and ambition to become senior managers with SP Brewery & HEINEKEN

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS TIMELINE (may be subject to change)

• STAGE 1: Application and Resume Upload - 1-15 April 2024 (Process to be completed through Pulsifi)
• STAGE 2: Online Cognitive and Psychometric Assessments - 16-30 April 2024 (Process to be completed through Pulsifi)
• STAGE 3: Video Interview - 1-10 May 2024 (Process to be completed through Pulsifi)
• STAGE 4: Assessment Center - 23 May 2024 (Successful candidates from Stage 3 will receive their invites by 15 May)
• STAGE 5: Management Team Interview - 3-7 June 2024 (Successful candidates from Stage 4 will receive their invites by 31 May)
• STAGE 6: Offer - 17 June 2024 (Successful candidates will be offered the chance of a lifetime to join us at SP Brewery!
