Primary Purpose: 

The unique aspect of the Tapestry Management Associate Program (TMAP) is the rotational nature where Management Associates are given the opportunity to gain diverse exposure and developing them to be a versatile and agile leader in our company. This is a role for our Marketing pathway. 

The Tapestry International Marketing team focuses on driving marketing strategies and initiatives for the business in SEA region. The team also ensures on the execution, manages cohesive marketing and communication initiatives needed to drive the business. The role of the TMAP focuses on:

  • Cultivating robust partnerships with distributors in SEA region to ensure thorough understanding and alignment with the brands’ vision.
  • Fostering strong relationships with key cross-functional partners within Tapestry, collaborating with On/Off-Line Creative Services, E-commerce, Digital & Social Marketing, Merchandising, Account Management, Planning, Visual Merchandising, and PR to execute cohesive marketing and communication tools for regional business growth.
  • Translating Global marketing strategies into comprehensive omni-channel marketing plans for each market, maximizing sales and enhancing brand building by supporting and influencing:
  • Seasonal Plans & Budgets
  • Pop-ups & Event Activations
  • PR & KOL content strategies
  • Media Planning (In collaboration with SEA Digital Team)
  • Customer Recruitment & Retention Strategies (In collaboration with SEA Digital Team)
  • Ensuring brand consistency across regions by maintaining brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Cultivating effective communication with regional teams by providing detailed explanations of global guidelines, ensuring clarity, and actively integrating country feedback.
  • Collaborating with regional teams to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies, to enhance marketing campaigns with actionable insights.
  • Analyzing and monitoring reports on regional marketing performance against established KPIs, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and creating best practices for effective sharing and improvement.
  • Managing PR & GWP inventory in accordance with market needs.

During these 12 months, the Management Associates will be given a singular overview of how different functions, teams and brands operate - from the day in the life to navigating around the complexities of retail landscape. There will be potential job opportunities for talents who performed exceptionally well during the program.

 

Rotations to the following will be included:  

  • Store attachment to understand Tapestry fundamentals
  • Different value chains of the business to build a holistic insight of our brand preposition 
  • Assigned with departmental responsibilities including special assignments and projects
  • Hands-on exposure to an extensive range of business functions and learnings.
  • Market Visit to one of our SEA market for a field trip

 In addition to the business activities, Management Associates will be supported with the following:

  • Permanent employment upon graduation of the program, if eligible
  • Cross functional rotational framework
  • 1 to 1 mentorship and tripartite program support
  • Networking sessions with Tapestry Leadership Team 
  • Diversified training modules and “Inside Tapestry” sessions

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Excellent communication and value teamwork
  • High interest for the fashion retail industry
  • Class of 2023 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized University (NTU, NUS, SMU, SIT, SUTD, Lasalle) and / or with less than three years of relevant work experience.
