JOB SUMMARY<ul><li>To run Product and Sales training for Outlets Sales Personal</li><li>To propose countermeasures for sales product and development training based on findings and research</li><li>To drive the creative work to add value to the Sales Advisors</li></ul> KEY RESPONSIBILITIES <ul><li>To support and execute the training of identified new model sales product training and related initiatives </li><li>To apply creative work in preparing training materials </li><li>To plan the timeline of the project completion</li><li>To prepare progressive reports for all projects assigned</li><li>To liaise with respective divisions to achieve training objectives</li><li>To take up ad-hoc projects assigned</li><li>Willing to have short travels to other regions for training purposes whenever required </li></ul> REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field</li><li>Professional level of spoken and written English, Bahasa</li><li>Proficient in MS Office applications</li><li>Proficient in any creative software’s – Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator Etc</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skill</li><li>Teachable</li></ul>
